Booking requests

The details you send through the contact form or via WhatsApp (name, e-mail or number, dates, group information) are used solely to answer your request and organize your tour. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). This data is not shared with third parties and is kept no longer than 3 years after our last exchange.

The Shabbat guide

When you request the free guide "How to Spend Shabbat in Paris", your first name and e-mail are used to send it to you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The form has two separate checkboxes, never pre-ticked: one to receive the guide, one for the newsletter. Receiving the guide is never conditional on accepting the newsletter. The newsletter subscription only becomes active after you confirm your e-mail address (double opt-in).

Sending is deliberately infrequent: new kosher addresses at most 2–3 times a year, plus the annual holiday calendar update. Every e-mail contains a one-click unsubscribe link with immediate effect. Addresses with no interaction for 3 years are deleted.

Kosher directory submissions

When an establishment requests a listing, the contact details provided (name and e-mail of the manager) are professional data used solely to verify the information, publish the listing and keep it up to date. These contact details are never published and are kept only while the listing is active. To have a listing removed, a single e-mail to hello@jewishguideparis.com is enough: removal is carried out within a few days.

Your rights

You have the right, at any time, to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, and receive a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@jewishguideparis.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no audience measurement tool (no Google Analytics or equivalent). No browsing data is collected.
